"I made these for Valentine's Day for my chiropractor's office and everyone loved them! The recipe made 40 generously-sized truffles. They were two-bite sized so next time I might make them a bit smaller and the recipe will obviously make more. I coated mine in plain cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate jimmies, and the cocoa-cinnamon-powdered sugar mixture. I made the mixture out of pretty much even proportions of each of the three. Those were by far my favorite and the favorite of many people. Straight cinnamon would have been too intense but the mixture gave it a lovely, delicate, but definitely spicy, flavor. And making them couldn't be easier. It's a simple recipe, the candies are wonderful, melt-in-your mouth-smooth, and not overly sweet. Thanks for a great recipe!"
