"perfect for a northeast cold snap. nice and spicy, very satisfying. so many "healthy" recipes fear spicy flavor... this one embraces it! I could not find frozen hash browns and substituted shoestring french fries... can't wait to make this again! great last-minute meal -- most of the ingredients can live in the pantry until needed. did i mention this was deliciously spicy?"
