Easy, yummy, healthy!,

"This is a winner! I altered the cooking time for the carmelized onion/garlic/carrots by cooking on HIGH for about 21/2 hrs, and then turning it down to LOW for a 1/2 hour. Then I placed the salmon in the slow-cooker and it only took about an hour of cooking for the most tender, flavorful salmon. This is so easy and it serves up looking so professional on a bed of mashed potatoes. But even without potatoes, it's a yummy combo and it couldn't be healthier. I've paid a lot of money in restaurants for fish this good!"
