"I make my own pie crust out of almond flour that I put whole almonds (about 2 cups) through a food procesor. I use 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 2 tablespoons of Splenda. After spreading this in a pan I then sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake this crust for about 15 minutes to brown it and make it crisp. After it cools I add my fillings and either bake as the recipe calls for or use with no bake fillings. It is fantastic and very low carb."
