Delicious Cheezecake recipe,

"I've made this several times and I really love it. I think other vegans would too. I made a great crust with vegan chocolate chip cookies, carob chips, and walnuts. However, walnuts in the cake itself look weird after its all baked. I also added a little extra Tofutti in an attempt to make it creamier. Next time I'm going to try it with coconut milk and TWO crusts: one at the bottom and one in the middle!
Be sure to use silken tofu otherwise it doesn't have the right texture. Also, since I didn't have a blender I just used a fork. It turned out bumpy and kinda gross looking.
Anyway, I give it four stars because I made this several times for meat-eaters, but omnis don't seem to like it much."
