"These cookies tasted ok. Make sure you soak the dates before using or buy the soft ones because without it you will end up almost breaking your processor like I did(my own fault really)! I found the texture really wierd - almost like a raw style cookie. I baked them for 15 minutes and they are still mushy but they taste fine"
