"This recipe is amazing! I use chili beans instead of kidney beans, and you can use mild or medium salsa to tame it down a bit. The first time I made this was for a chili cook-off at my office, and won! I was, of course, the only vegetarian there, but all the meat-eaters loved it anyway. I make this regularly at home. My meat-lover fiance loves it, and it freezes well for leftovers. Great recipe!"
