"After trying to tweak this recipe to make it taste better after the first attempt, It was really good. I'd give it 5 stars if it was written so you know what kind of mustard to use. The mustard I used was Dijon, but I didn't know if it meant yellow mustard, mustard powder or what. It needed some vinegar, pepper and a bit more salt. You can use dill pickles for the relish, but it will make the sauce taste a little bitter. Sweet pickles taste best."
