"This recipe is wonderful. I made a few alterations to the original but it still was yummy! I would recommend using a brand of manicotti noodles that don't need to be pre-boiled and can just be filled and baked in the oven. I used a pastry bag to pipe the filling into the noodles. I've only ever eaten manicotti stuffed with cheese once, but using this recipe I can't even tell the difference!"
