Great Basic Risotto Recipe,

"This is a quick and easy method for preparing this time consuming dish that can be punched up texture and taste wise by using a variety of meats, seafoods, vegetables and cheeses; it worked perfectly fine. I highly recommend this method. I even prepared it using a saffron chicken broth. Yum! Jim (always looking for the easy way out) Watkins"
