Great dish,

"This was my first attempt at something different with tofu and the dish came out great. I made it this evening for me and my girlfriend. Neither of us are strict vegetarians and we both thought this was an incredible tofu dish with an amazing flavor. We served it with a spicy vegetable stew which was a perfect accompaniment. I would definitely make this dish again and would recommend it to anyone skeptical about tofu dishes.
I will admit that the crumbled tofu mixture looks a bit scary putting it into the fridge for the first 30 minutes and I was a little bit skeptical... however the end result was fantastic."
