Really good and easy!,

"We loved this recipe. I served it over fettucinni pasta but any wide noodle would be good. Leftovers were just as good too. I also added carrots and onions under the chicken as suggested and the carrots added nice color. I did think it needed a bit of salt but I like a lot of salt. I will most definately make this again."
