A big hit,

"I made this like traditional baked brie, baked inside puff pastry, and took it into work for a potluck. It was a big hit! The hardest part of making it was pitting the fresh cherries - other than that, it's pretty simple to make. The only thing I didn't really like is that the apple cider vinegar comes out a bit strong. Next time I might do a dash of vinegar and the rest plain old apple juice. Also, be aware that you're going to end up with about twice as much chutney as you can put on top of a wheel of brie. But that just means you have leftovers to put in the freezer and use next time you make baked brie! As for the final product, the reviews at work were great - one person said it was like brie plus a cherry pie, and you really can't get much better than that!"
