"This was incredibly, surprisingly good! I've been missing oatmeal and cereal-type breakfasts since going low-carb. BUT, this absolutely fit the bill. The texture was identical to old-fashioned regular oatmeal made from rolled oats. I used light coconut milk, added some half and half and cooked it on top of the stove. Don't rush the process, once the TVP absorbs all the moisture the texture is perfect. I topped it with sugar-free maple syryp and real butter. A low-carb breakfast dream for sure! And high in fiber too boot - a great bonus!"
