"Just now tasting this from my crock pot and portioning it out for neighbors to rave reviews. I added 4 cloves fresh minced garlic when cooking up the onion, and also used thin sliced celery instead of potato.
Then at the final tasting, before release, I felt it needed just a little shove: I added an extra shake of salt and pepper, 1/tblsp garlic powder, 1tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2tblsp worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of finely chopped scallions.
WOW - WOW - WOW :)
