WOW!!! What a Great Soup!!!,

"I was looking for a vegan pumpkin soup and just ran across this. Made it for the first time today (for company, no less) and it was a hit with everyone. Easy, easy, easy -- even for a non-cook like me. Delicious!!! (Just one note: you may want to goose up the seasonings a little -- just taste it and see. For my taste the recipe was just a tad bland. But with a little more curry, cumin and ginger sprinkled in, it was HEAVEN IN A BOWL."
