Fantastic Fish!,

"This has a 5 star rating from the whole family. I cut my salmon (large piece) into three, to fit on 3 small oven-proof platters. I had no fresh herbs (winter) so used dried, with kosher salt and pepper. The salmon baked for more time than the recipe called for (a good hour). It came out totally moist and tender and perfectly seasoned. Everyone had seconds. This is now my cooking method of choice."
