Mild Thai Peanut Sauce with Ginger,

"Made this as a dip for the first time and my guests ate it up and then asked for the recipe.
I made it two days before the party so the flavors would blend. It complimented the raw veggies very well. One friend cannont eat anything hot so this tiny bit of pepper was fine. For me, I would add mor pepper for a little more heat.
Also had to adjust te recipe a bit. The juice of two limes made the lime taste overpowering so I added more peanut butter and a little more ginger.
Next time I will use juice of one lime."
