"I like that this concoction can be made ahead of the party. I would start by using only half of the sugar. Using the full cup of powdered sugar plus the ginger ale made it very sweet (although my guests LOVED it). Depending on your taste, adding more rum certainly does not hurt!! ENJOY!"
