Great for large groups,

"I cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 40 people for three days every other month. These burritos are by far the entire groups favorite. I make them as early as 3 weeks in advance. They could be made sooner. I add green chilies, hash browns, onions, and green peppers. I also use hot turkey sausage instead of pork. Just make them and wrap in foil then freeze. No need to freeze first. I make extra as my husband and his coworkers love them. mpcchef"
