Pizza Frittata - I Love It!,

"I've never made frittata before and I don't think I've ever tasted it. However, I was definitely craving pizza when I found this recipe. I must say it's faster and easier than making pizza and it totally satisfied that craving. Add to that the fact that I've been swamped with eggs from my little hens and this is a wonderful way to use them up.
The instructions for actually making the frittata were quite clear and easy to follow and the only problem I had was finding a suitable pan to use, one that had handles that could take the heat of the broiler.
I'll definitely be making this again and I've passed the recipe on to several friends."
