"Made this using leftover lamb-- didn't taste like leftovers. It was better than 95% of the dishes I've experienced in Indian restaurants. Substitutions-- chopped toasted whole almonds, apple juice, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tblsp curry powder, date & tamarind chutney. The date and tamarind chutney was a superb match with this dish- next time I'll try the mango for comparison. An absolute winner."
