Flavorful, sweet,

"Great recipe for butternut squash. The result was a flavorful and slightly sweet casserole. The most difficult task was peeling the butternut squash. Definitely use a food processor for slicing the squash and apples as recommended in the instructions. Slicing the squash with a knife is very difficult. Once I resigned myself to using the food processor it was done in less than a minute. I used a 2 qt casserole dish and covered to bake. Removing the lid for the last 15 minutes of baking gave a nice light brown-ness to the casserole."
