"I've been looking for a recipe like this ever since we went low-carb in my household. We didn't have whey protein powder, so we used soy flour and they came out beautifully. I added a bit more cinnamon and a touch of vanilla to the recipe for a bit more flavor. These cookies are rich, filling, and full of flavor. They go great with a coffee as a dessert. It's amazing to think that these are so good for you!"
