"I am making these for my husband's Christmas stocking again this year. I use 2 tablespoons of Fiberfit for the 1 cup sugar equivalent and it works great.
I make these in a (lightly sprayed) silicone mini muffin pan and get 24 PB cups that pop right out after chilling. They are super easy and very yummy!"
