Softest bread ever!,

"Wow this turned out to be some great bread! I was a little worried because the directions get vague... like "stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough" (I used about a cup and a half). The bread is super soft and slightly sweet, it would be great with tea! Oh yea I only cooked mine for 40 minutes. I think I'll make another loaf today :)"
