"This cookie was time consuming and challenging, but the response to them was rewarding. I think the bits of chopped chocolate paired with the toasted hazelnuts is what makes this linzer extra special. This next time that I make them I'm going to use a more tart jam than blackberry, to give it a livelier contrast to the chocolate."
