Easy, excellent sauce,

"I didn't want to fire up the grill in the rain, so I just browned the chicken in a pan, poured the sauce over it and let it simmer for a while. After I removed the chicken, I put more sauce in the pan (I made more sauce than specified in the recipe) and reduced it until the sauce was brown and thick. Delicious served over the chicken.
Next time perhaps I will cook some apples to go with it..."
