Moist and delicious cheesy carrot buns,

"These buns quickly became a favorite in our house. Even though my husband and kids don't particularly like carrots, they loved these so now I have an easy way to "sneak" healthy carrots into their food. To save time, I now grate a lot of carrots in advance and freeze recipe-sized portions in plastic bags so they're ready to go when I want to make these delicious buns. Don't be discouraged that I only gave this recipe four instead of five stars -- I am very sparing (be it in rating movies, books, or recipes) in handing out five stars and only reserve that rating for things that are out-of-this-world. These buns aren't that, but they are *very* good. Everyone I have shared this recipe with loves them."
