"Those store-bought crusts are pathetic. Otherwise, this is a very good recipe. Here's the crust I like: Crush 45 sandwich cookies (Oreo or similar). A food processor makes quick work of this. Mix in 1 and 1/3 stick melted margarine or butter. Press mixture firmly and evenly into pie pan. Chill in freezer while making filling."
