"This is the first cake I've tried in my crock pot and it's delicious! I think maybe apple upside-down cake would be a more fitting name!!! Very moist and rich. I wasn't sure if I should've cooked it in the baking pan that came with my crock pot , but after reading a few other recipies, I opted not to and it came out fine. I also folded some paper towels and put them under the lid so condensation wouldn't drip down on top of the cake."
