"This is a great beer cheese soup recipe. I've been looking for one ever since I was pregnant and got some downtown at a little bistro -- and this one comes the closest. If it's a little bland, just add some more salt -- better to have to add some than to have it too salty! Definitely a hit with the family, too. Try it!!"
