"Yummo! I made it for Christmas last year and it was a hit. I've been waiting for an excuse to make it again ever since. It's great for people who have allergies to wheat and flour and there's no sacrificing any of the decadent goodness. This is definitely in my arsenal of delicious desserts now. The only thing I did not strictly adhere to in the recipe was the use of super fine sugar. I just used regular evaporated cane juice from Trader Joes and at first I thought it was going to be a problem, but the texture turned out smooth and creamy in the end."
