Quick, easy, and fun to make,

"I was able to pick out this recipe, shop for the ingredients, and prepare it all in the same evening. It doesn't require a lot of fresh ingredients, makes it easy to prepare once you have the basic ingredients in your pantry. For a single person, this could be every meal for a week. For a medium-sized family, this is dinner and possibly leftovers. Because it is so filling, it goes a long way. Give the crust a bit more time to cook through completely (make sure to do the toothpick test). Overall, I'm happy to have found a satisfying vegetarian meal that can please meat-eaters (it didn't taste veggie to me!)."
