"My kids liked these alot (13, 11, 9 y/o). I grow ALOT of basil in my garden and at the end of the season freeze it with olive oil, so - pesto is a staple in our house. (hint.. use walnuts instead of pine nuts for pesto - cheaper and better for you .. I think) I used grated pizza cheese (mozzerella) with the pesto. Be sure to grill on a medium to medium/low grill so you don't make the patties explode and lose all of the good stuff inside!"
