Kids already asking me to make it again,

"This was a great meal! Wife, and the kids age 4, and 9 were very surprised when I whipped this together. Was worried about the onions caramelized on the bottom of the pan, but it made the sauce richer and even more yummy. Used Uncle Ben's Wild Grain rice, and didn't have the mushrooms.
Awesome!!!"
