"This is a fantastic program for anyone trying to save money for their children's college education.
This is absolutely BRILLIANT for any buyer, but it is fantastic for many first time buyers, in particular! Definitely use it when moving up to a bigger home or when buying a newly constructed home!
And yes, sellers should negotiate a competitive commission, no doubt. Just be sure to tack this on to the discussion before you sign on the dotted line!
