"Thank you for your review of your experience with Donna's 5 day EM Seminar.
I just attended a 3 day EM for Women seminar in San Francisco.
I read her first book on energy medicine and watched the DVD prior, so I knew what to expect.
I was very impressed with the whole experience. Although, like you said, Donna doesn't go with a pre-arranged script. This was the first seminar on this subject. So, I was a little overwhelmed as where the other 3 ladies in my party. But, after I got home, and could assiminlate what I learned and am reading her book and watching the dvd.
I too felt better doing the 5 minute routine. Though I got ill and stopped. Speaking of getting ill. I actually used some of the techniques we were taught and it help get rid of the pain/discomfort and calmed me down to sleep. I am now trying to get back to it.
I would love to attend her 5 day EM seminar and hope that I can save up the money to do it."
