November LA Visit -- Andaz is a must stay,

"Hotel is fantastic... employees go out of their way to impress and make your hotel experience a good one.
The casual set up perplexed me at first, but very well received! Room space is great. Hotel features are nice, good gym, very cool rooftop pool, nice view... Food is fantastic... good wine selection. Having beverages, snacks and fresh baked goods complimentary was a total bonus. All my requests were accommodated and more... next visit to LA, I will stay at the Andaz no questions asked.
Insure you use your drapes if having city view... many blinking lights at night. Noise level was minimal, with House of Blues across the street, and two comedy clubs nearby, great for evening entertainment."
