Disappointed in the private walking tour,

"We only wanted to do select items for our tour so we opted to pay extra for a private tour guide for the walking tour. The communication between the tour company and the tour guide was very poor and the tour guide was unprepared on the day of our tour. We paid extra to do the water taxi to view the Statue of Liberty and because our tour guide did not have the right departure time of this tour, we missed it. The company refused to give us a refund of the extra cost - unbelievable! The cost of the private tour is NOT worth it and it is poor business practice to not refund for services not provided. I would never use this company again after being treated unfairly."
