Lousy Service,

"I went to the 16 St location for lunch with the Red Hat Society. The waiter spilled iced tea all over me from head to toe. He did say that he was sorry, but I would have expected a little more than that. You would think in this weak economy that a restaurant would like to make its customers happy. I will never go there again and I will discourage my friends from going there also."
