The Different Models of Sticks,
March 23, 2009

"The Stick is a great tool for the entire body. There are many different models that can reach any body part with ease.
Depending on your body type, there is a model that will suite your needs. For example, the Stick featured in this article is the Marathon Stick. It is meant for the typical "marathon" type body - long and lean muscles.
If a person has thicker, more dense muscles, they should probably go with the Original Body Stick or Sprinter Stick. No extra pressure is needed to be applied to these Sticks because they are designed to be more stiff. Basically, the more rigid models are meant to work on heavier muscle types. I have actually used the Stiff Stick on horses!
As for reaching different body parts like the back and shoulders, the longer models such as Original Body Stick, Power Stick and Flex Stick would be good choices. I should mention that all the Sticks can be made more stiff by simply sliding a hand along the Stick, much like choking up on a baseball bat.
The Stick is an extremely versatile tool because of it's portability and ease of use. You can use it anywhere at anytime!"
