What a POOR software~,

"I do NOT RECOMMEND TurboTax. I have used both TaxAct and TurboTax. I think TurboTax was a tiny bit easier to use but TaxAct proved to be more accurate. Example: TurboTax would not recogonize that I obtained a previous tax refund and left it off on line 10 of my Federal but it did appear as income on my state. So, I had to hire a tax account to repair before I go audited. I was told TurboTax had a software glitch. But I could never reach TurboTax - no one would answer phone, return my messages or my emails. Why did switch - I should of saved myself a headache and just used TaxAct. TaxAct does answer their emails and returns their messages."
