Horrible customer service,

"Your hotel has awful service. I arrived at 1am on the 9th. I had to wait almost 10 minutes after arriving in valent for the bellhop. After he arrived, I went to your check in desk where there were three employees working the desk, one customer being helped by an employee, and myself and another hotel guest being ignored by the other two employees working the desk. Someone emerged from a door from behind the registration desk and I asked him if the other two employees worked here as well. That startled the man who turned out to be a manager. He ordered the other two employees to help myself and the other guests.
On Friday, when I returned to my room, the key did not work. I went down and asked a security guard what to do. He told me to go back upstairs and use a house phone to call security. I went back up and called security. When the security guard arrived and saw me sitting on the floor in front of my door, he rolled his eyes. Nice! He tried my key and it didn't work. He put in different door keys from a ring he had and finally got one to work. Then, he tried my key again and it worked. On Saturday evening as I entered the hotel from valet, one of the bus boys decided to say,'Hello young lady' when there was no reason for interaction. It was creepy.
Then on Sunday, my room service never arrived between 10:15 and 10:30 despite having been ordered at 5 am. I could only complain about the person who took the order (Gladys) and then waste another 45 minutes for the order to be sent up which made me late for my appointment at another hotel.
I will never stay at the Stratosphere again!"
