Worked great...for two months,

"When I first got the unit, I tought it was the best thing since the Wright brothers got up in the air. However, after using it daily for just a little over two months, the battery stopped holding a charge.
I would leave it plugged in overnight and try to use it but it would run for less than five seconds and die.
I called customer service and emailed them detailing the problem and they did nothing. Nothing at all."
