Horrible Customer Service, July 14, 2009

"The worst customer service experience I've ever had. They had hidden restrictions and fees they hold you to, even when you are on a "trial" account. The first incident: the trial account is limited to 300 minutes. If you go over by 20mins like I did, they slap you with a $60 cancellation fee. I opted to downgrade the account and keep them, but the account change never took effect, as their management changed policies without informing me. They hit my credit card with multiple fraudulent charges, and to this day have my account under collections because I finally cancelled my CC to stop their abuse. They have no understanding how to treat customers. Their communication skills are horrible. I can't believe they are an American company, and local too (Santa Clara, CA). Makes me was to re-locate. Avoid them like the plague!"
