Good food, great experience,

"Perhaps it was the break from work and children that enhanced the ambiance of my dining experience. Or maybe it was the beauty of watching the sun set on the harbor in the atrium alcove. Although, I dined solo, this place would also be a great place for a romantic dinner.
The waiter, Kareem, was kind and responsive. The food came quickly and tasted absolutely fabulous. I chose the paella and almost cleaned my plate--it was that delicious! My only complaint about the dish was the chorizo-it was not the chorizo I know. Instead this sausage was more of a bratwurst style of sausage with a faint red appearance, nothing like the real chorizo I expected. However, the paella was an excellent choice in the end. The uniquely shaped bread was served with a spread made of white beans and garlic, a deliciously healthy spin on traditional butter.
For the finale, I chose from the "Guiltless Dessert" presentation a chocolate bon #?#. I am a huge fan of small dessert offerings. I love a touch of sweet to finish a nice meal, and abhor the huge, overly rich calorie-laden cakes and other dessert conglomerations you find on most dessert menus. Very nice finishing touch! Thanks for the good food and great experience."
