"I was on KineticFlix's $21 "three" plan. Their "queue" is similar to Netflix. (Note: I am also on Netflix.)

Videos did not arrive. And when videos did not arrive, it was impossible to contact anyone at the company. They do NOT respond to any emails. Only voicemail answers their contact phone number, and they do NOT return phone messages.

I felt I was being realistic in that I did not expect the experience to measure up to Netflix. However, KineticFlix's total lack of any kind of customer service or support was horrifying.

The advice regarding this company is: AVOID
(Unless you enjoy headaches and frustration.)"
