DiFara- Worth the Wait,

"I've heard much hype about DiFara's pizza and the quality certainly matched it. Watching Dominic make every pie from scratch is a great way to kill the time during what seems like an entire weekend's wait. The lines are generally long and there is a shortage of seating...basically I waited for customers to stand up before swiftly claiming the table. You may end up eating it on the way home.
All ingredients are fresh- hunks of fresh mozz, basil leaves clipped straight from the plant, loads of olive oil and fresh grated parm topped what I can only describe as thin-crusted, mouth watering, succulent pizza at it's very best. Worth the wait."
