I love this machine,

"There is only one problem that is on-going. The programed recording times and dates disappear periodically. I have had it sent back to the company at a cost of $69 for the first time and it would be $179. this time to repair it. For a machine that cost nearly $400 seems to me it should work longer than less than a year. I did not buy the extended warranty because I have felt a product should work for at least one year. If this problem could be remedied there would not be a better DVD/VCR recorder/player."
